I first encountered Sarah during our DRU Yoga Teacher Training course in 2021. Our paths crossed again in 2023 for the final module in Canberra, where we finally met face-to-face. She graciously invited me to stay at her place and we carpooled from Sydney, sharing both laughter and profound conversations along the way.
