About Jessica
I have applied to every Top 20 College in the past application cycle and gained acceptance to UC Berkeley, Northwestern University, Vanderbilt University, and Washington University. I believe that what truly set me apart was my essays. The topic I chose for my essays was somewhat generic, but I was able to turn it into something that was uniquely my own. I want to help each current applicant to do the same.

My lessons are for those who are currently writing or just starting to write their college essays. Depending on where you are in the process, I will help guide you in brainstorming, finding your voice, editing, and proofreading. I will offer constructive criticism every step of the way, and vow to support you throughout the whole process. I will do my best to set you up for success by providing advice, including my knowledge of what has worked for me and my peers, and what admissions officers have had to say about my essays and others'.

We found Jessica through Chicago Teen Mentors when my daughter, Emma, was struggling with math. Jessica was patient and took the time to explain things, she didn’t rush her at all. After a few sessions, she started doing better in class. I would love to hire Jessica back if she were to continue to have problems in school.
My 5th grader was with her for months to help with school in math. We found her on Chicago Teen Mentors. Initially his teacher let me know he wasn't understanding. We brought Jessica his recent homework assignments and she helped him go through it. After Jessica tutored him, he was no longer having those kind of issues. Thank you Jessica on behalf on his mother and father. I recommend Jessica for tutoring if your child is struggling in math class. She is a very intelligent young lady.
