I have been a taekwondo coach in Huynh Lam martial art company, I have practiced and trained Tai Chi for 2 years before I became a Taekwondo coach. I also have a Literature Education certificate and I can actually teach to a group.

After class, you will definitely have good strength, both mental and physical, and you can protect yourself if you practice every day.
