About Carolina Inés
I have been teaching Tai Chi and Martial Arts for 3 years. In Tai Chi, I have passed on my knowledge especially to older people with problems of balance and stability. The practice has reduced pain and has made them acquire more balance and flexibility, as personal security.

Work to be strong and flexible, like a bamboo. Tai Chi adapts to any body and physical condition.
