People who meditated for about 30 minutes a day for -eight weeks- had measurable changes in gray-matter density in parts of the brain associated with memory, sense of self, empathy and stress. This can be crucial to your healing journey. You may choose to book this upon session for as long as you need it. I will coach you through a method of meditation/exercises that will strengthen all parts of the mind body. Physical exercise is imperative to lowering inflammatory responses and increasing cellular regeneration. When you book this session you are building consistency you may interject with your detoxification and daily activities.
