About Nita
Hi, I’m Nita, a native Mandarin speaker from Taiwan. I have 3 years of teaching experience and have also lived in Canada and Australia, which helped me understand what it feels like to live in a new country and learn a new language.
I became interested in teaching because I have received similar support from others before. I realized that traditional learning methods do not always work for everyone, including myself. Because of that, I wanted to create a more relaxed, practical and encouraging way to learn Mandarin.
My goal is to help students learn useful Mandarin for real-life situations, not just from textbooks. I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds, sharing culture, and helping students feel more confident when speaking Mandarin.
Teaching also allows me to connect with people while continuing my journey of traveling and learning about the world. I hope my lessons can be a friendly and supportive space for anyone who wants to start learning Mandarin.
