About Penelope

I am a dedicated Spanish tutor with 11 years of professional tutoring experience, helping students of all levels achieve their language goals through personalised instruction. During my teaching career, I have successfully worked with around 150–200 students, each bringing unique learning needs and aspirations. I believe that personalised learning creates stronger results because every student deserves lessons designed specifically for them.

My teaching approach combines clear explanations with interactive learning experiences. Every lesson strengthens grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and conversational abilities while encouraging students to apply what they learn in practical situations. Communication is central to my approach; I create opportunities for interactive practice, conversation, and feedback, which helps students develop practical fluency. A Positive environment motivates learners, celebrates achievements, and encourages exploration without fear of mistakes.

I also incorporate related subjects such as grammar, literature, vocabulary, and cultural studies, giving students a deeper understanding of Spanish and practical tools for real-life use. My aim is to help students communicate confidently, develop fluency, and cultivate a lasting love for the language.
