About Malachy
I am a mature teacher with lots of life experience. I love the time I spend with students. I enjoy having laughs with students and they love the surprises in my classes. I aim to make each class 'fun' so that the student really looks forward to the next one. While you will work hard in my class, you will also laugh and smile a lot! In the small classes I am thinking about, every student will be given individual attention.

I have been teaching English for 6 months every year at a reputable school in Galway. I get very positive feedback from my students. I love when they tell me : "You are my favorite teacher!" I am very good at helping students to progress in grammar and vocabulary. I correct their writing. In my experience, students want to focus on speaking and improving their speaking and my most successful classes have been where the student speaks and I correct their mistakes. This gives students great confidence. When a student repeats their speaking without errors, they are amazed! I make my classes fun and challenging.
