My main technique would be to focus on grammar and reading.
The typical length of the lesson would be 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
The main way to master English is to read! Writing would help too but reading would be the main focus. Other than that, I would focus on writing using proper grammatical words and sentences.
