About Richard
I am a player with a passion for coaching, and my motto is coach the way I wish I was coached. I grew up with a lot of favoritism that really stunted my growth in my little league years, but I also had coaches who saw my potential. I want to be a coach who wants kids to keep playing and not be held back by a coach who doesn't see their potential.

Richard is one of the best baseball minds I know. I've seen him coach from ages 5 all the way to 15, and he teaches the right way. He just has a way to make sure that every kid learns at their own pace while still helping the team. I really do recommend him.
