About Rosie
Hello!
My name is Rosie, and I've been studying and speaking Japanese for most of my life. I'm currently a student at the University of Sussex. My hobbies include video games, knitting, and - of course - watching anime/reading manga.
I think that learning new languages is a fascinating and super fun process, and take great joy in being able to share what I've learnt.

My approach to teaching is relatively casual, but highly informative. I provide interactive worksheets and walk students through them, incorporating vocabulary and grammar in an engaging and entertaining way. Typical lessons are around an hour.
I've been tutoring since GCSE age, helping peers with learning and understanding and helping those younger than me. I have 9 GCSEs (including English and Maths), 3 A-Levels (English, Biology, and Chemistry), JLPTN5 Japanese, and am currently studying BSc Biomedical Science.
My lessons are geared towards beginners/anyone who wants to begin learning Japanese but is unsure where to begin, although everyone is accepted!
