I am Masters degree and I teach University students and many peopleI am a dynamic, great IT professional and highly motivated individual committed to delivering unsurpassed services, solutions and outcomes to achieve high levels of client satisfaction. I am really interested in the IT Helpdesk at Forever New.Herewith I have attached a copy of my resume as directed. I could be of great benefit to your company as I am highly organised, proficient in customer assistance and have good interpersonal communication skills. I am now very eager to obtain an entry level position in your esteemed organisation, where my academic knowledge, current work experience, dedication, and ability to acquire new skills which can be further developed, and utilized for the growth of the organisation.

About the lesson

I have ambitions to develop quality experience that will permit me to acquire full advantage of my degree in Network Systems. Furthermore, I am eager to contribute my creativity and hard work towards the success of the organization and to the growth of the rapidly changing industry.

I am confident to design, configure and deploy LAN. I have a deep interest in routing and switching and configuring and managing Microsoft Windows Server. I would love to work in a position with any infrastructure that enables me to further develop my skill set and allow me to fully utilize my abilities. I want to enhance my analytical and problem solving skills while keeping the focus on achieving best results.Furthermore, I am ready to commence full-time work and relocate if necessary. I take great pride in whatever role I take on, and thrive in group environments, as well as independently. I have completed studying a Master of Science (Network system) at Swinburne University of Technology, Hawthorn. My subjects included core networking subjects which covers Cisco, Microsoft services and security, Linux architecture and Internet security. My results of high distinction reflect this. I believe in getting an employment as a IT Helpdesk at Forever New would be a great opportunity for me to further develops my understanding and knowledge of Information Technology services.
