About Phefumlela
Hello! I am a psychology student who loves to learn and assist people in achieving success. I create a patient and supportive learning atmosphere and encourage students to ask questions and develop confidence.
Being around children and young people has given me good communication skills and teaching skills. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, and I'm committed to helping them achieve their academic goals.
I feel every pupil can achieve success if given appropriate guidance, encouragement and support.

My teaching style is flexible and student-centred. Every lesson is tailored to meet the needs and learning styles of the individual. I provide homework assistance, exam preparation and study skills advice. I want students to be confident and enjoy learning. My lessons are in English except for isiXhosa, but Nguni languages (Xhosa/Zulu) may be used to substitute if needs be. Students will receive interactive, well-planned lessons which will be based on their personal goals for learning. Explanations and practice activities are provided in lessons as well as opportunities to ask questions.
Lessons are appropriate for high school students (neurodivergent, high achiever, individual paced pupils) seeking assistance with school assignments, lessons or exam preparation.
