About Kiana

I traveled to India to become a yoga teacher in 2023. There I learned how authentic yoga is very structured and how exploring the way of authentic yoga actually trains your body to be able to achieve advanced yoga poses and postures. I have been studying yoga for far longer than a few years and exploring the flow of yoga is what pushes you further down a path of strength.

About the lesson

You should take lessons with me to train your body for advanced yoga postures. It’s essential to be able to overcome the mind with calming techniques that allow you to be able to self heal and reprogram your heart through meditation and ecstatic dance.
