About Rachel
Hello, my name is Rachel. I am currently based in Kildare and am offering online and in-person classes in Irish and English to those interested.
I believe with private tuition the most important thing is to foster a comfortable environment where a student is not afraid to make mistakes and ask questions. I believe one of the main components to successful study is confidence and developing that is a huge part of my classes.
I cater my lessons to all abilities, whether someone is looking for that extra hand to refine skills and polish their work or if someone is a complete beginner. All are welcome!

I believe the most important aspect for tutoring is that students are learning at the ability and pace most comfortable to them. With tutoring, students are offered the chance to foster and grow skills in a more flexible and collaborative environment.
My lessons are for students of all capabilities and levels, ranging from primary school ages to adults. Each lesson is planned to be an hour long, requested and tailored to what the student is expecting from grinds.
I have been teaching privately for over 3 years ranging from all ages and different parts of the world. I also have experience within the classroom, working as a student teacher in Kildare. I completed my undergraduate degree with UCC in 2025 with English Literature and Irish and am in my final year of my Master's of Education through the medium of Irish with NUIG.
