About Ivannia

I graduated from English Teachins as a Foreing Language at the University of Concepción. I have been giving private lessons for 3 years, mainly to students from bilingual schools in Concepción. In 3 years I've had 9 students with systematic classes every week, and 100% of them raised their grades in school. I have also had students with whom we only work in preparation of tests, always achieving the expected results. I have had 2 adult students, with whom the classes are mostly conversational and they managed to feel more confident of using their English.

About the lesson

Everything depends on your main goal to achieve with classes and your level, but always linking the language to your personal likes. I adapt to that, taking into account that for school students it meand extra hours of English added to those who already have in school that may not be effective enough for the student, so I tend to use different games for kids to internalize aspects of the language without making the class a replica of the way of working at school.
