About Venus
I started my educational career as a teacher's aide and paraeducator.
I then completed a Master's Degree in Elementary Education at Portland State University in Oregon. I have experience with elementary age students from Kindergarten to 7th grade, though my strength is in teaching the foundational skills essential to reading and mathematics.

My methods and routines are supported by the latest research on instructional best practice, including the science of reading and effective math teaching practices.
