About Mya

I am a great teacher with a strong work ethic I have been working out for years and am working my way into nationals for athletics. I’m working on getting my dream body and want to help others achieve that too.

About the lesson

Lessons focusing on building different muscle groups and it it safely without being a danger to yourself or others. I will also show you how to eat clean, whole foods and where to buy them from as it is essential to eat well to build your dream physique.
