About Amrit
I do meditation every day and done in the past. I know this modern age is full of challenges for our human survival, we need some sort of help to calm our minds in our daily routines , but we have limited resources to talk and experience about the nature of our mind. Thus , we get exhausted and feel less loved. But we all deserved to be loved and taken care mindfully. So I know the importance of our mind , body and soul that’s why I step up and made a decision to make a difference of human behaviour and expectations.

In this learning, we spend 2 to 5 minutes on silence meditation and then watch our thoughts and not to engage with mind constructing thoughts which would help us to taste and touch our own inner peace. These meditative moments have deep impact on our mind and sharpens our ability to think , perceive and act clearly and peacefully.
