About Josué

It is my highest priority as a teacher to ensure that my students are confident, safe, and secure in their learning environment. I strive to provide a professional and engaging classroom atmosphere, where students are encouraged to ask questions and engage in meaningful conversations. I also make sure that my qualifications, credentials, and educational experiences are up-to-date and relevant. Above all else, I want to ensure that students understand that I am a competent and knowledgeable teacher that is dedicated to supporting their learning experience. It is my goal to provide a safe learning atmosphere and to be an accessible resource for my students.

My Teaching Method and Techniques

I strive to create an engaging and productive environment for my students. My lessons are tailored to the specific needs and requirements of each student, and I believe strongly in the importance of providing a personalized approach to learning. My teaching method is based on a combination of traditional methods and modern approaches such as flipped classroom, interactive activities and online resources.

Typical Lesson Plan

My lessons typically start with a discussion of the topic and objectives of the lesson, followed by a review of what has been covered in the previous lesson. I then lead students through a series of interactive activities and exercises, such as group work or problem-solving tasks. This allows the students to practice and apply the material they have learned. At the end of the lesson, I provide a summary of the topics covered and what the students should have learned during the lesson.

What Sets Me Apart

What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to provide feedback and guidance that is tailored to the individual needs of my students. I believe strongly in providing a personalized approach and helping my students to develop their strengths and overcome their weaknesses. My lessons are suitable for students at all levels, from beginners to more advanced students. I mainly tutor college-level courses, including mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. However, I am also experienced in tutoring high school courses such as English, history and foreign languages. My lessons are also suitable for students with specific needs and learning challenges, such as dyslexia.
