About Masoud

I am a pharmacy professional with over two decades of practical and academic experience in clinical pharmacy, hospital medication management, and community pharmacy services. My background spans a wide range of pharmaceutical roles, including serving as a hospital pharmacist, pharmacy manager, and medication safety supervisor. I have worked extensively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and have been actively involved in both the operational and educational aspects of pharmacy. In addition to my hands-on experience, I have a deep interest in pharmacology education. I have authored a book on pharmacology designed to simplify complex drug mechanisms and therapeutic concepts for students in pharmacy and allied health disciplines. My goal has always been to make learning both accessible and clinically relevant. Currently based in Australia, I am keen to contribute to the academic development of pharmacy, medical, and nursing students by offering engaging, practical, and evidence-based instruction in pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, and pharmacokinetics.

About the lesson

As an experienced pharmacy professional with a strong clinical background, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge in pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, and pharmacokinetics with others. Teaching these subjects to pharmacy, medical, and nursing students is not only a responsibility I take seriously, but a meaningful opportunity to contribute to safer and more effective patient care.

I emphasize critical thinking, case-based learning, and interprofessional collaboration to ensure that students not only understand drug mechanisms, indications, and kinetics, but also develop the skills to make evidence-based therapeutic decisions.

I aim to create an engaging, supportive, and interactive learning environment where students feel empowered to ask questions, explore complex topics, and grow into confident, compassionate clinicians. My goal is to inspire curiosity and foster a lifelong commitment to safe and rational medication use.
