About Hernán
I am a Systems Engineer (UTN) and for more than 10 years I have been in leadership and management positions in multinational companies. I have a lot of experience developing teams and taking a democratic and servant leadership, that is the most effective. I am interested in the new wave of management methodologies such as Management 3.0. I have knowledge of emotional intelligence, negotiation, leadership, among other things. From theoretical training (mostly courses) and practice.

I am mainly addressing professionals who need support in leadership and management positions, team development and staff training. The methodology is coaching, that is, through questions and suggestions I get the person who receives the coaching to find the solutions for themselves, guided by me. I complement the sessions with some theoretical material but they are 80/90% practical.
