About Jesus Mauricio
My name is Jesus Niño, I am from Paipa Boyacá Colombia, the sports capital of my country, due to its altitude and temperature conditions, surrounded by a place full of sport, I grew up practicing different disciplines, such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, athletics, mixed martial arts, among others, at the age of 15 I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to being a great athlete and being able to help people grow with their psychophysical goals, today I have managed to be a mixed martial arts champion in 75 kg in my region, as well as being a professional indoor soccer player and having won different titles in soccer, I am a person who always wants to grow more and overcome mental and physical limitations as part of personal development, and I invite you to join me on this path to being better every day.

My methodology has been self-taught from the experience of having been a high-performance athlete, and having studied for more than 7 years the different branches that make up the functioning of our body, we will address theory and practice from nutrition, and the different systems in our body, acting in unity to achieve the different functions, growing in understanding to achieve our goals in an effective way.
