About Collin
I am a Tesol Certified Teacher, with 2 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher at a Creche (a nursery where babies and young children are cared for), and 2 years teaching online to students in South Korea. I am committed to helping students reach their English learning goals. I am from the beautiful Johannesburg, South Africa. I am a Tesol Certified English tutor, who is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical engineering. I develop self-confidence in students by encouraging them and never criticize them, through fun conversational learning to make their experience more comfortable and easier. I also love interacting with people from different countries and learn from their cultures and traditional backgrounds so I can know them better, since I believe in catering for all my students' different needs and capabilities.
I am friendly, patient, kind-hearted and enjoy helping learners develop through teaching and creative activities. I am courteous, soft-spoken, always well prepared and have a calm attitude. In my spare time, I like reading books, playing games and cooking for my family.
As your Teacher, my sole purpose is to make your learning educational and fun. I cannot wait to meet you in my classroom and learn English together. See you soon.
