About Maya
My name is Maya Joshi (they/she) I am a visual artist and educator in Brooklyn, NY. My teaching practice is rooted in imperfection. I don’t believe that there is one way to be a good learner or one way to teach. We all will make mistakes or not learn in the same way, but what is important is to keep playing and adjusting until you are having fun learning.
