About Eliza
My name is Teacher Eliza. I am 33 years old, and I'm from Lesotho, a beautiful country in Southern Africa. I hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work and I am certified to Teach English (TEFL-certified). Besides teaching, I enjoy traveling, cooking, reading, watching TV, as well as learning about different cultural backgrounds. I have 2+ years of teaching experience, both in physical and online. My classroom is a safe space for students to learn, so it's okay to make mistakes- because that is how we learn and improve. I specialise in conversational English, for Travelling, Interview preparation and lessons for all levels- from beginners to advanced learners. I teach both adults and kids,and I tailor each session to your specific goals. My lessons are fun and interactive. I incorporate a lot of conversation practice in my lessons, because I believe speaking is the best way to become fluent. My lessons are a student centred approach. I also use Total Physical Response (TPR) to enhance effective learning as well as Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) which promotes authentic and meaningful communication.
