Hello, my name is Camryn! I am an energetic, culturally humble, and personable person and look forward to working together.
I am a younger tutor with experience working with students 2x my age as well as young toddlers. Being a Black woman, native English speaker, and an addictive reader allows me to provide you with many different academic and Western cultural layers of insight that I can share with you in our sessions!
My classes use mixed methods, including grammar drills, informal conversation, accent work (if you request), media and video, and creative activities.
P.S.
Letting me know your reasons for seeking out English/literacy/reading comprehension tutoring is ideal because I love to tailor our work so that it can be of immediate use to you even after the first lesson.
