About Rishi
I have Masters in Sciences in Physics Nuclear and Particle Physics, Quantum Mechanics and Microwave Electronics. Later I completed Masters in Technology in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing. Lastly I completed Masters in Business Administration specialising in IT . I have been in IT industry since 2006 and worked in different roles like research fellow, field surveyor, team leader, manager and solution provider. I have in the past trained government officials as part of company work and taught students to keep myself in touch with programming languages. To automate tasks and increase work efficiency I have developed applications using C, VB, VB.Net, C#, Python, Java, JSP, HTML, Java Script. I have worked on software like ERDAS Imagine and PCI Geomatica for Satellite Image Processing, ARC GIS for Geographic Information System, Knime and Rattle for Data Analytics. I have also worked on freewares like Mapserver, Openlayers, Geoservers etc. On database I have mostly worked on MS Access, Oracle and PostGRE SQL. I have mostly used Apache Tomcat and IIS for web application servers.

My teaching methodology has always been a wholesome approach. I base my classes on practical problems and efficient solutions. I always lead by example like find a problem and then suggest various possible and different approaches to solve them. I am always open to suggestions and incorporate them in my study plan. I always encourage people to find innovative solutions and look at problems from every possible angle.
