I have known Miss Schuck for over 20 years. She was enrolled in my TESL (Teaching English As A Second Language) course in 2005. She excelled in her studies and placed as one of the highest in my class. Miss Schuck completed the course in the summer of 2005.
Tessa went on to be an excellent ESL (English As A Second Language) teacher and Cross Cultural worker in China where I also worked. We worked together for 15 years.

I met Tessa back in 2008 in Kunming, China as her Chinese teacher, and then we became good friends and remain so till this day. In my experience Tessa is very talented with languages and easily made lots of Chinese friends who didn't speak any English. She is naturally a good English teacher. She started to correct my pronunciation slowly and gradually started sharing with me on how to also improve my writing skills over these years. As a High School Guidance Counselor I have had many students who needed help with their IELTS tests preparation and conversational English. I felt grateful to have Tessa to recommend them. All of these students and their parents were so happy to get help from her. Tessa is patient, skilled and knows how to help individuals with different levels, cultures and personalities.
