I have taught in the classroom for 15 years at York College, and I have tutored at various educational centers over the years including C2 Education, Huntington Learning Centers, and Tutordoctor. I have also worked for College Board scoring SAT essays.

When I meet a student, I will first assess these qualities and then adapt my approach and techniques to those I believe will be most beneficial to learning success. I do not utilize the standard "one-size-fits-all" curriculum approach to tutoring that often limits classrooms or educational centers.
