About Wioletta
I am a very energetic, self-confident and courageous woman and have been working as an EFL teacher and advisor for 19 years. Dealing with students demands a lot of interpersonal skills. You must be responsible, a good decision maker, a strong leader. The university study enriched my knowledge of many fields. I easily get people’s trust and respect. I am demanding but an understanding person.
My priorities in teaching English : student-centred lessons, elicitation and CCQs , pair/group work, discrete error correction. As a teacher I enjoy communicating my understanding to others. I have good interpersonal and presentation skills. I have confidence. I motivate students to do their best .I empathise with them.
The organisation skills experience I got working as a coordinator of European Projects:
e-Twinning and Comenius Projects. Leading the projects I realized how large potential is hidden in me.
In January I took the CELTA course in London and passed it successfully at Grade B. I know the students' environment and their needs.
