Previous to engaging Judy, I had been learning Sanskrit on my own for some months, and I observe my progress is faster and easier.
She was able to meet me where I was, and tailors lessons to my particular interests, weaving in mythology and philosophy into each lesson as we learn the language.

Deadly! I've had an excellent experience so far! In just 5-6 classes, I've been able to grasp the Sanskrit vowels and consonants allowing me to read small words and short sentences. I'm still very surprised about how quickly i'm able to grasp the concepts, which is all thanks to her great teaching method. I highly recommend her if you want an experienced Sanskrit teacher!

She easily breaks down each and every concept into bite sized easily understandable format - this helps in getting to the deeper meaning of the word/origin/context. Since the first class, she taught Sanskrit with such love and enthusiasm. She has taught us all about aksharini,vyanjanani, samyktha vyanjanani and many more. I have thoroughly enjoyed this season of classes to the brim. My favorite part of these miraculous classes is the ‘stories’. These classical Indian tales (which are unheard to many )are magnificent in content but are increased ten-fold by the explanation and teaching skills of Suganthashri ma’am.
