About Robin
Hi, I’m Robin, the unusual coach who simplifies the process.
An internationally certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist with multiple global certificates. Based in India, I’ve helped 100+ NRI parents lose postpartum/belly fat, build sustainable muscle, fix desk-job posture, boost energy for parenting & work, and enjoy festival meals guilt-free.
As a proud super-dad of two beautiful children — both born through 100% natural delivery — Though I have trained many, I personally trained my wife through her full pre-natal and post-natal journeys. This hands-on experience, combined with my international certifications, gives me real-world insight into safe core recovery, pelvic floor strength, postpartum fat loss, and staying energetic while raising kids.
