My teaching method is to don't make student feel like they are bad are weak at something if they cant do it properly, is to make them believe that in life we don't only get happiness but sadness too and how to deal with it. I am able to maintain friendly behavior where students don't only learn but take me a friend where we can talk about even that things that they don't have anyone to talk with.
