About Ace
I am a sophomore in high school, I absolutely love food, and I like playing video games with friends. I am nice, funny, and genuine.
I love Alfredo pasta, pizza, salmon, cheesecake, and steak.
My favorite candy is most likely to be skittles or sour patch kids with a side of soda. And keep in mind that when working out you are not going to see results a day after. what I am trying to say here is that being consistent is the key to anything. If you would want to be a lawyer you would have to constantly go to law school. You can't just quit a certain job or subject and come back to it just to think that you would be better than you were when you left. (fun fact) you are most likely to be sore and that's because the muscle fiber in that certain area had been damaged because of all of the training. So, what the human body does is the take new cell to rebuild to muscles to make them stronger and more dense.

My teaching methods are
My teaching methods consists of explaining very well, being a great helper, and being there for my student/students. I could teach my student/students what food to eat to either get them into the cutting process or to lead them into the bulking process. My lesson plan will include upper, core, and lower body workouts (without weights) such as a vast variety of certain pushups and core/ lower body workouts. I will in fact keep it 100%.The lessons are for anyone no matter the age.
