Her studies in theology, spirituality, therapy, and physical health have equipped Eli with a unique set of tools and insights to help others navigate their own journeys. Drawing from her personal experiences and professional expertise, Eli offers a beacon of hope and guidance to those who are struggling.

Driven by a fervent desire to prevent others from enduring the same pain she once did, Eli is committed to providing compassionate support and guidance to those in need. Her story serves as a testament to the transformative power of resilience and hope.

About the lesson

With 10 + year experience as a coach.
I have training high level athletes in endurance sports as well a someone working out for their first time.
I have coach kids and teens as well and can take groups or idividuals.
I am certified in weight and aerobic training as well as in cycling, running and skiing.
I am also train to coach elderly and woman with pregnancy
