I love the outdoors, random trips, and learning new things. I am interested in, and have a background in exercise. That mainly includes Yoga and Physical Therapy. I also speak Spanish if you are interested in tutoring! ️

I can make the flow more calm or more upbeat, whatever you need. I also have a background in Exercise Science, so I can explain why different poses are important and beneficial. At the end, I always like a longer Svasana, but if you’d like to keep the mediation/rest short, we can do that too.
