About Veren
I’m a bit of a tech nerd who enjoys breaking things on purpose just to figure out how to fix them — which probably explains how I ended up in QA automation. I’ve spent years working with Java, building automation frameworks for web, desktop and mobile applications, and helping teammates understand why their tests keep failing. I want to share that experience with others in a way that’s fun and practical. Learning Java and automation doesn’t have to feel like reading a dictionary — we’ll build real projects, write real code, and make it fun along the way. My goal is to help you actually enjoy learning while building skills you can use and potentially even land you a sweet software engineering job :).

Hi guys. My name is Veren and I teach Java programming with a focus on QA automation. My lessons are project-based, so instead of just going through slides or theory, we actually build things together. We’ll start with the basics of Java and object-oriented programming by creating a small JDBC project to understand how code connects with databases. From there, we’ll move into API automation using tools like RestAssured and then into UI automation with Selenium or Appium. Each step builds on the previous one, helping you see how everything fits together in a real world project. A typical lesson runs about 60 to 90 minutes. We’ll spend time coding together, discussing concepts, and debugging along the way. The goal is for you to understand why something works, not just memorise syntax. I’ve worked professionally in QA automation and Java development, building test frameworks for web and mobile projects and mentoring others along the way for 5 years. That experience helps me teach not just the coding part, but also how automation fits into real-world testing and CI/CD pipelines. These lessons are great for beginners to intermediate learners — whether you’re an aspiring software developer just starting out with Java, moving from manual to automated testing as an existing QA, or looking to strengthen your automation skills for work. We can also cover extras like Git, Maven/Gradle, TestNG, and GitHub Actions, depending on your goals.
