About Laurie
I am mainly a contemporary dancer, I restrict myself to a very intense lifestyle. I decided to make food my ally, I became a butcher, baker, baristat and then a fishmonger.
I will soon be studying Nutrion at a higher level, but I really want to share my knowledge and tips with you.

I aim for an egalitarian relationship that will make us grow and discover new knowledge for each other.
I like it to be entertaining, because having fun is my primary goal in everything.
