About Ron | Window Cleaning Business Coach

I’m someone who believes there’s a big difference between knowing how to clean a window and knowing how to run a window cleaning business.

I’ve learned the importance of showing up the right way, listening to customers, paying attention to the things they don’t always say, and building relationships that can turn one job into a customer who calls you again.

I believe in being fair, doing what you say you’re going to do, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

I enjoy helping people think through situations and make better business decisions for themselves. I’m not here to tell you there’s only one way to do things. I’ll share what I know, tell you what I think, and help you develop the confidence to make your own decisions.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to help you make better decisions when you’re actually out there doing window cleaning work.

You’ll learn how to look at a job and build a price without guessing, recognize things that can increase the amount of work before you give your estimate, and avoid underbidding jobs that looked simple at first.

We can work on how to present yourself when meeting a customer, what to say during an estimate, what not to say, and how to listen for the small cues customers give you about what they expect.

I can also help you choose the equipment you actually need, understand different types of customers, improve how you bid residential window cleaning jobs, and develop practical ways to find new customers without wasting money.
