About Mikayla
I am currently a psychology student attending UCLA. I have tutored other subjects before, such as math (pre-algebra, algebra) and English (writing/composition). I was able to help my student realize more of their academic potential after working with them for a year. Based on my achievement in my psychology courses at my university and background in tutoring, I am confident that I can help students in their psychology endeavors.

I am an energetic college student, who can give lessons to people of all backgrounds! In terms of psychology, I can probably be more helpful for college students or even high school students. I have a positive attitude when it comes to sessions. I know what it is like to seek help in my schoolwork, even during my college career, so I am understanding and patient. Rather than simply give out answers, I like to help people answer their own questions and connect the dots between different areas of a subject. I also like to start off with a one-minute icebreaker to help us relax a little!
