About Dominique
My name is Dominique and helping others heal is my life’s passion. I am a qualified meditation teacher, mindfulness practitioner and a holistic life coach. I am a gentle soul with a deep love for helping others find themselves in a loving way. Through my work, I have found meditation to be a life changing practice that is vital for good mental health. I am a spiritual person but at the same time I have fallen in love with the science of meditation. I am structured in my approach in a way that allows for your soul to completely relax and rest under my guided meditations. I am open and eager to introduce the world of meditation to my students in the hopes that you can begin to experience the world in a clearer, healthier way.

Each meditation is completely unique and tailored to your individual needs. The aim of each meditation is to release negative emotions such as anxiety and depression and step into a happier, lighter way of being. The meditation we do ranges from simple body scans to inner child healing.
Before each meditation, we have a brief conversation of your needs of that day and try to embody that in the meditation. Meditation becomes the medicine for the soul and the anchor for your emotions. Everyone is welcome!
