About Doshie
I’ve been a cook for about 3 years. I’m not here pretending I know everything, but I know enough to help people get started properly.
I like keeping things simple, clear, and not stressful. We go step by step, and you learn at your own pace.
It’s serious when it needs to be, but overall it’s a relaxed way to learn cooking without feeling overwhelmed.

!note that these tutoring lessons will not certify you in any way. im only here to help you better your way of living:)!
a typical lesson would usually start with some theory, then will proceed into a follow along step by step demonstration with explanation of techniques and safety points. you will then repeat the steps on your own, while i correct you if necessary. before the end of the lesson, we'll look back on some mistakes so you can get some feedback, to practice by yourself at home.
My approach is specifically designed to overcome the challenges of online culinary instruction by focusing on clarity, adaptability, and real-world applicability in home kitchens.
my lessons are for Individuals with little or no culinary experience who want to build foundational cooking skills such as knife handling, basic prep, and kitchen confidence using standard home equipment. you will need to buy your own ingredients, which i'll send you a list of a couple days before each lesson.
