About G Abhijith
I'm an engineer also a body builder , with a great point of view to make everyone happy and healthy. In day to day life , we are not able to cook in our kitchen because of time lag , we just order food from hotel , is that healthy? Is that food made in a clean atmosphere? Is that chefs are okay with their health ? Are you sure they don't have any body,skin ,mental issues? So when we spend this much money on food , without even knowing that is good or not , why can't you spend little time and money in health care? I'm here to help you ,are you ready?

My teaching method is to give correct and good instructions for reducing weight and eating healthy food. I will teach you some exercises that's not tough , hence everyone can do it. I will make a chart for your diet and exercises...Thus you can achieve victory in a month.You can reduce your weight upto 4-5kg if you follow my instructions daily. And also you can escape from diabetics.
