About Róisín

I am a certified Life Coach and Parent Coach. I believe that each person holds the power to manifest what they deeply desire and that we are only limited by our own crises of creativity. Having worked in education for over 15 years and being a mum of three who has gone through divorce and remarriage, I felt a strong calling to support people who feel stuck in life, to help them realise their inner desires and creative solutions to which there are no limits. I have been so lucky to have amazing guides and coaches in my life who continue to inspire me to live life to the full and keep growing.

About the lesson

With over 150 hours coaching training completed along with extensive training in mental health, I also have 10 years experience as a Primary Teacher and over 200 hours experience as a professional coach and facilitator. If you feel stuck in life, either in parenting, in your career or in your relationship, I can help. I use a blended approach of deep listening, questioning and guided meditation to help unstick you, gain clarity and connect to your gut. I also work with powerful, guided role-plays and games when/if appropriate to help find new ideas and solutions. I coach in the Dublin Wellbeing Centre on Tuesdays and Fridays, or online.
