I suggest that any education teacher gets to know her students as an individual and as a group, especially aware of group dynamics and Sayantani knows her subject matter thoroughly. Students have different ways of learning so visual, auditory and kinaesthetic (VAK) is vital using props for fun, metaphor, music, literature and good quality presentations ensuring person centred is included in the delivery, so incorporate emotional intelligence as well as methodology. Awareness of students with physical disabilities, foreign students, English spoken as a second language learners. Utilize icebreakers and question and answer, group work, develop confidence by asking students to prepare a short presentation for end of course. Prepare for Neurodivergency within the group or 1:1, so as aware of better learning and gain feedback throughout the lesson so you know all students are on track. Also, to gain trust tell them appropriate personal items about your own experiences and be kind, thoughtful and that each student is valued in their own right. Ensure there is adequate time for question and answer throughout the lesson. Assess her own delivery learning that she has gained so as to adapt future lessons.
