Hey there!!
My name is Lulu. I'm your personal trainer and just like you my muscles or old age is catching up to me but fear not..let's assist one another in crushing fitness goals.
With 6 months of experience working with top clients around the estate I live at. I specialize in creating workouts tailored to your comfort and lifestyle and let's push one another to be the best we can be

About the lesson

My classes are intimate as I'm more focused on getting each client well and satisfied with the sessions. One-on-one remote sessions as well to make sure we are always enjoying and progressing.
*We will begin with a warm-up (5-10 mins)
*a bit of light cardio, jumping jacks, jogging
*some stretching: focus on legs and the core
We then start with our session. 30 mins routine.
*jumping jacks (30 seconds)
*leg swing (30 seconds)
*calf stretches (30 seconds each leg)
STEP BASICS
* Basic step-up (2 mins each leg)
*Alternating steps (2 mins each leg)
* Tap ups (2 mins)
*Knee lifts (2 mins)
*side taps (1 min each side)
*Repeater (2 mins)
COOL DOWN
*Hamstring stretches (30 seconds)
*Quad stretches (30 seconds each leg)
*Core stretches (30 seconds)
