About Victor
I am a travel specialist and studied business management. I am from the Chilean Patagonia originally and have travelled extensively throughtout South America. I am completing my ATA in College and
I have worked as an administrator in various hotels and lodging accomodations, and founded and operated an adventure tourism company. I use my skills in group management and leadership, customer service, and accounting. In addition, I have experinece working in education as a para educator, including work in special needs.

I have experience working with children in public education as a para educator and have worked with elementary and middle-school aged children and children with special needs. During my time working in schools, I worked at an Extension School Years (ESY) Program during the summer working with children with special needs. In this program I assisted children with diverse needs in mathematics, writing and reading in English. I worked with children with behavior managment problems to find useful techniques to better help their learning styles.
I learned that being flexible and adapting to the learning style of each individual is a great format for eduction, even it requires more work. Everyone has a different preferred learning style, and it is important to develop lessons that reach all learners, including auditory, visual and kinesthetic.
