About Ashley
I’m a current professional basketball player, Commonwealth Games gold medallist and Great Britain international with over a decade of professional experience.
I played NCAA Division 1 basketball at Loyola Marymount University before beginning a professional career that has taken me across Europe and around the world. I’ve represented Great Britain in both 5v5 and 3x3 basketball and currently compete professionally in 3x3 while working towards the LA 2028 Olympic Games.
Throughout my career I’ve trained alongside and competed against NBA, EuroLeague and international level players and worked with high level coaches across different basketball systems.
Now I’m making that experience available to anyone serious about improving their game. You might be a young player with professional ambitions, an experienced player looking for an edge, or simply someone who loves basketball and wants to experience training at a professional level.
You don’t need professional ambitions to train with me. You just need to enjoy the game and want to get better. Every session is adapted to your level, goals and what you want to get from the experience.

My sessions are available individually or in small groups, both on court and online.
My approach is built around the training and development I’ve experienced throughout my own career, from high school and NCAA Division 1 basketball, through NBA Draft preparation and more than a decade as a professional and international player.
I combine those experiences with my own coaching philosophies and techniques developed over years of competing at a high level. Every session has a purpose. We identify what you need to improve and build the work around it, whether that’s shooting, footwork, decision making, movement, confidence, basketball IQ or preparing for the next level.
Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes and are tailored to the player’s age, level and goals.
I work with players of all levels who are serious about improving, from developing young players to aspiring professionals. The goal isn’t just to give you a good workout. It’s to help you understand how to train, why you’re doing it and how to take those habits away with you.
