I enjoy humour, art, music and getting to know people. I have worked in Canada and Mexico teaching Egnlish to students of all levels, from absolute beginners to radio executives and medical doctors.

Lessons created around the needs and interests of the student as stated in the goals and objectives. Lessons will be varied, relaxed and enjoyable.
I start with introduction, warm up and if needed, review. Next we would move onto the new learning goal. E.G. if it is vocabulary, we would start by the instructorelicitng from the student vocabulary. We might do an activity to reinforce the new vcabular items, eg. matching the word with meaning in a multiple choice. This could be followed by a writing activity using the new vocabulary. If it were legal vocabulary, we might write a memorandum or letter using this vocabulary. If it were reading, we could use actual documents and skim and scan to get the jist of the writing and then answer questions about details. I find that using images, vvideos, some props a nd realia, a white board and lots of laughs helps students learn.
